Lagos State Govt Inspects Synagogue Church Ahead Of TB Joshua’s Burial

In a bid to check the compliance against the transmission of Covid-19, Officials of the Lagos State Government have paid a visit to the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), ahead of the burial of its founder, Prophet Temitope Joshua.

The State Ministry of Health issued a statement where they noted how they inspected the church to ensure they are in line with the safety measures against the spread.

The statement read: “The Lagos State Government considers the funeral activities at SCOAN an important event enough to ensure strict compliance to COVID safety protocols to prevent the importation, transmission or spread of the new deadly strains of COVID infection to the State or country,”

Synagogue Church of All Nations explained that the funeral procession of the late founder would begin today, July 5.

On July 5, a candlelight procession will be held followed by a tribute service and service of songs/all night praise will be held on July 6 and 7. He would be laid in state on July 8. The funeral service and interment will hold the following day, July 9.

The funeral will be completed with a thanksgiving service on July 11.

We are currently preparing for the week-long service from Monday 5th to Sunday 11th July 2021 in honour of Prophet TB Joshua’s life and legacy. He will be laid to rest at The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN) in Lagos, Nigeria.

All services will be broadcast live on Emmanuel TV. The services which will be open to the public will be communicated to you at the appropriate time.

As our father in the Lord, Prophet TB Joshua says, “When we close our eyes to all things in this world, we shall open them in a world of glory.”
