Boy Saved After His Madam Subjected Him To Series Of Abuse During His One-Month Stay (Video)
A young boy called Faniel was rescued from his madam after suffering horrible physical abuse barely one month into his stay with her.
The boy who hails from Jos stated his mother died and his father was in the village, so he was transferred from the north to Lagos and given to a woman named Onyebuchi in Surulere, Lagos, to labor for her and be sent to school in exchange.
Nonetheless, the youngster, who is stated to be 13 years old, was allegedly abused and was not enrolled in school.
Neighbors recorded the incident and asked the youngster what occurred, and he replied his “Aunty” was the one who hit him.
Human rights activists went to the specified address in Surulere after hearing about the abuse on the internet. They met the youngster and his mom there.
When asked why she hasn’t registered the youngster in school, the mother answered that he has only been with her for a month and that she is attempting to do so. Also, most schools ended the school year a week ago, so enrolling him at the end of the school year would have been impossible.
The madam was also accused of enlisting the help of her children to assault Daniel. She allegedly instructed one of her children to slam Daniel’s head against the wall, which the youngster allegedly did.
Notwithstanding the madam’s protestations, the activists have vowed to bring her to justice.
The madam was taken to the police station on a bus by a police officer who had accompanied the protestors to the scene. Daniel’s head was hit on the wall by the madam’s child, who was also transported to the police to give a statement.
