Activists Arrested & Beaten At Dunamis Church For Wearing Buhari Must Go Shirts
Some six human rights activists were apprehended at the Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Abuja for wearing #BuhariMustGo (Anti-President Muhammadu Buhari) T-Shirts to the church.
The incident occurred at the church when the leaders asked all first-timers to come out for prayers. The new members in their #BuhariMustGo regalia stepped out in front of the congregation.
A reporter of the Sahara news, Omoyele Sowore took to his Twitter page to break the news.
He wrote: UNBELIEVABLE: Security men at @DunamisGospel have arrested activists wearing #BuhariMustGo Tshirts to their church service, church security later handed over to DSS officials who are currently torturing them. I thought Pastor @DrPaulEnenche was also preaching about justice!
@nytade: Uncle, please enough of this. The other time you wore amulets to MFM & came out shouting of being rough handled. Please stop this propagation of negative media against the Church of Christ.
@emmanuel_babat: Is the change a place to wear buhari must go tshirt…. If one of your journalist wear sowore is a fool to work will he still retain his job or even allow in…
@sirtiee: Buhari regime remain only two years and you are shouting Buhari must go!!! To where? Is this realistic even to you yourself?? Let’s be sensible at least for once!! You are going on Mission impossible!!
@EOkewu: That is not true, the guys came to church wearing the t-shirts standing at the gate with a placard and we’re shouting Buhari must go, what the security guys at the church did was to send them away. They went from the gate to wear those women selling stuff were shouting same.
